Initial Assessment: We begin by conducting a free reading assessment for all students highlighting reading strengths, areas of improvement, and learning preferences. This assessment provides us with data to help create a tailored and individualized learning plan that addresses specific needs.
Customized Learning Plans: Based on the assessment, we develop personalized learning plans that outline specific goals and milestones throughout the learning process. These plans are flexible and change as the student progresses, ensuring that the tutoring remains aligned with their academic journey and school-related content.
One-on-One Sessions: Our tutoring sessions are conducted in a one-on-one setting (or small group setting upon request) to provide undivided attention and create a comfortable space for students to ask questions and clarify doubts. This personalized interaction enhances student understanding of complex concepts and blocks out all interruptions otherwise found in overcrowded school classrooms. We require all students to meet twice per week to ensure growth as highlighted in our customer contract.

Interactive Teaching: We employ an interactive teaching style that promotes confidence and encourages active participation using the “I Do, We Do, You Do” approach otherwise known as the “Gradual Release of Responsibility” model. Exam Preparation: During exam periods, we provide adequate preparation tailored to the specific exam format whether it is computerized or pencil and paper. Our tutors equip students with strategies to best manage exam-related stress and perform their best under pressure.
Flexibility and Convenience: We understand the demands of a student's schedule. Our tutoring sessions are scheduled at convenient times and can be conducted both in-person and online, offering flexibility without compromising quality.
Adaptive Instruction: We continuously monitor the student's progress and adjust the teaching approach as needed. Whether a student needs additional practice or challenges beyond the classroom curriculum, we adapt to provide optimal level of support.
Regular Feedback: We support a steady line of communication.
